The Enhancement of the Proposal and the Application of the Project Management Methods for the Specific Project.

Diplomová práce je věnována aplikaci metod a nástrojů projektového řízení v rámci projektu “You2ber Life!”. Kapitola 1 studovala teoretické základy projektového řízení a jeho metod. Kapitola 2 hodnotí (současná situace, udržitelnost události, konkurenci a shrnutí poznatků získaných pro zlepšení v příštích letech). Kapitola 3 simuluje (finanční analýzu a návrh rozpočtu), definuje (cíl SMART, WBS a řízení času pomocí Ganttova diagramu), vysvětluje (význam lidských zdrojů při řízení projektů), objasňuje (význam lidských zdrojů při řízení projektů), vyhodnocuje (rizika) a skládá se z návrhů platných pro projekt “You2ber Life!”. Nicméně, po úpravách může být použita i v příštích letech.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současné situace ve firmě Sportobchod.cz s.r.o a aplikací teoretických znalostí projektového řízení, nástrojů a metod k návrhu projektu, který má za cíl usnadnit proces budování a zapojení své komunity zákazníků na Slovensku. Kromě toho by projekt měl sloužit jako návod pro následující projekty analyzované společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část je zaměřena na představení teorie projektového řízení a vymezení jeho hlavních konceptů. Druhá část je věnována analýze současné situace, která zahrnuje využití různých makroekonomických a mikroekonomických analýz. V poslední části autor navrhuje projekt pomocí metod projektového řízení jako je SMART definice projektových cílů, logický rámec, WBS, RACI Matice, Ganttův diagram a charakterizuje možné přínosy navrhovaného projektu pro analyzovanou společnost.

Topic of this Diploma thesis is assessment of information system in selected company Ryba Žilina s.r.o.. This phase of assessment comes out from extensive analysis and findings. After evaluation of analytical methods used, suggestions for improvement of current information system, will be created. This proposals should bring positive asset for company itself and improve some of the processes in company.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na praktické využití metod projektového managementu pro návrh řešení projektu Okruhové Dny. Práce je nejprve zaměřena na specifikaci teoretických poznatků dané problematiky, načež navazuje analýzou současného prostředí firmy. Na základě těchto výstupů a specifik je posléze vytvořen i samotný návrh řešení projektu. Cílem této magisterské práce je vytvořit podrobný popis a plán projektu, který slouží zejména ke zkvalitnění projektového řízení ve firmě, jakožto projektu samého.

The topic of this diploma thesis is an analysis and selection of the new information and point of sale system for groceries divisions of the Inva Group a.s. company. First part of this thesis focuses on analysis of the current IT conditions in the company and on drawing up the requirements for the selection of the information system itself, based on the analysis of the company’s business processes. The second part will be focused on market analysis, and will present different options for information and POS systems and depending on the chosen IS, the timeline and the financial plan of the implementation itself will be created at the end.

The diploma thesis is devoted to the problem of project management. It is a project proposal of the logistics centre establishment in the company KRÁLOVOPOLSKÁ, a.s. To develop the project proposal, there are used project management methods and techniques. The theoretical part deals with the basic methods, techniques and knowledge of project management, which are then practically used in the analytical and design part. First, the company is introduced, then the project opportunity validation and feasibility assessment is developed, and then the actual project design is developed. This part consists of time analysis, resource analysis, risk analysis and project cost analysis. Microsoft Project is used to develop the time analysis. And last but not least, the thesis includes the benefits of the proposed solutions.

This thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the basic concepts necessary for understanding and subsequent elaboration of this thesis are presented. In the second part, an analysis of the current state of the company is made. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the actual project design, its processing and evaluation of benefits.

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou projektového řízení ve firmě a k tomu využívá řadu nástrojů pro zachycení stavu tamní situace. Cílem analýzy je vytvoření teoretického výstupu, který slouží jako potřebný základ pro návrh vylepšení. Navrhována vylepšení jsou zpracována za použití standardních nástrojů projektového řízení a poskytují stručné a úplné shrnutí, které popisuje vylepšení v dostatečné míře, aby je bylo možné implementovat.
